Aero Recip (Canada) Ltd., is Canada’s largest aircraft piston engine overhaul facility. We currently are looking for a highly skilled manual Machinist.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Machinist is responsible for the machining and inspection of piston aircraft engine components in accordance with OEM documents and internal processes.

We are open to an experienced manual machinist looking for full or part-time employment. Flexible on hours and work days throughout M-F.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of manual machining experience
- Journeyman machinist preferred.
- Able to adhere to very tight tolerances and quality finishes in their work.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapid-changing environment.

Position Duties/Responsibilities · Repair engine components using lathes, milling machines, and precision grinding equipment.

· Design, build and maintain any specialized tooling as required.

· Use and maintain measuring instruments,



personal tools.

· Clean and maintain machines.

- Follow work instructions and complete documentation in a regulated work setting.

Computer Skills · Basic computer skills (Word, Excel…)

· Company ERP system

· OEM manuals
