Manufacturing Engineer IV || La Prairie, Quebec, Canada || Onsite We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer IV to optimize production processes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support product quality within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technical issues in production and support controllers and assemblers.

Provide technical expertise to procurement, bidding, project management, and production teams.

Maintain and configure SAP BOMs, routing sheets, and related parameters.

Support implementation of manufacturing models and processes.

Investigate internal and external non-conformities and support corrective actions.

Provide technical support to suppliers.

Collaborate with engineering centers of excellence.

Serve as a technical specialist for production measurement and assembly equipment.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Support NPI, prototype development, manufacturing scale-up,



and transition from design to production.

Monitor KPIs, production metrics, and quality data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production management.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze complex production systems and develop process improvements.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement is preferred.

SAP experience with BOMs and routing is an advantage.
