As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Machine Setup & Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Machine Setup & Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of our thermoforming lines. You’ll be trained to install and remove tools and dies, perform equipment setups, troubleshoot issues, and support overall machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and tune thermoforming machines for production
- Troubleshoot mechanical, material, and automation-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and repairs
- Support electromechanical and automation troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in the warehouse with loading/unloading, as needed
- Read and follow detailed setup instructions and maintenance procedures




- Document all maintenance and setup activities accurately
- Collaborate effectively with operators, machinists, and other team members across all shifts

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- Team player with solid communication and interpersonal skills
