The Real Estate Marketer is responsible for promoting and marketing properties to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors while generating leads and driving property sales and rentals. The role involves developing marketing strategies, engaging potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Market and promote residential, commercial, and investment properties through various channels.

- Generate and follow up on leads from social media, referrals, networking, property listings, and other marketing platforms.

- Identify potential buyers, tenants, landlords, and property investors.

- Conduct property inspections and arrange property viewings for prospective clients.

- Provide clients with accurate information about property features, prices, locations, and terms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

- Negotiate prices, rental terms, and other terms of the transaction on behalf of the company.

- Assist clients throughout the property sales or rental process until completion.

- Create engaging property listings, advertisements, and promotional content.

- Monitor real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.





- Maintain an updated database of properties, prospects, and client interactions.

- Achieve assigned sales, rental, and revenue targets.

- Prepare regular reports on leads, property viewings, sales activities, and conversions.

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, legal, and property management teams to ensure smooth transactions.

- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and other activities to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of an HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property marketing techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.

- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in social media marketing and online property listing platforms.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Skilled appearance, integrity, and excellent customer service skills.

- Knowledge of local property regulations and relevant real estate practices is an added advantage.
