Moon-Matz Ltd. is looking for a Proposal Writer/Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities include

- Monitoring proposal prospect platforms (Biddingo, Bids and Tenders, MERX)
- Review and filter proposal opportunities and requests
- Attend preliminary bid site meetings, and mediate questions between the client and relevant MML department
- Prepare promotional material, packaging, filing, and/or any relevant data entry
- Manage, track, and prepare the proposal and any addendums up to and including the submission process
- Follow up with clients to determine award status
- Maintain and update marketing/proposal database and resources
- Familiarity with RFQ, RFP, RFI, EOI and bidding processes is an asset.

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking team player who is interested in engineering and business. Must be proficient with Microsoft products (Office, Project, etc), AutoCAD (an asset), client relations, etc.



We are looking for someone who is keen on learning invaluable business development and writing/marketing skills in a fast-paced consulting engineering firm. Valid driver's license and automobile an asset. Health and dental benefits offered post probation.
