The Marketing

Manager role requires innovative thinking in a full-time position, reporting directly to the Executive Director. You will shape the marketing landscape for the Aurora Cultural Centre, focusing on arts marketing across various disciplines. Extensive project management experience and a growth mindset are essential, fostering collaboration within a small team and with other departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage branding and advertising functions for ACC
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and contractors
- Develop annual marketing and communications plans




- Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Improve social media presence and website optimization Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in Communications and Arts Management preferred
- Solid project management skills, especially in Monday.com
- Excellent writing and organizational skills
