Social Media & Marketing Manager

Position starting in September or sooner**

Stormore Home Solutions is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and support our overall marketing efforts.

This role will take the lead on social media and content creation, while also supporting digital advertising, our website, SEO, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with some marketing experience who has a great eye for content, keeps up with digital trends, and is excited to bring new ideas to the table.

The position is predominantly in person at our Surrey office, with shift timing flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
- Plan and create Reels, Stories, posts, and other engaging content
- Capture photo and video content of projects, products, and our showroom
- Write on-brand captions and marketing copy
- Stay current on trends and identify new content opportunities

Digital Marketing

- Support and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- Update website content through WordPress
- Support SEO, blogs, landing pages, and email marketing

Brand & Marketing

- Create marketing materials for promotions, events, and our showroom
- Help maintain a consistent brand across all marketing channels
- Bring forward new ideas to grow brand awareness and generate leads




- Explore ways AI and new technology can improve our marketing

Analytics

- Track social, website, and advertising performance
- Share key insights and recommendations with the team

Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and current social trends
- Comfortable creating and editing photo and video content
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for design
- Creative, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, Google Analytics, or SEO is an asset
- Current student studying a related field
