Position Details

- Job Type: Part-time (with opportunity to grow)
- Hours: 20–30 hours per week to start, with the prospect for additional hours as the business grows.
- Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional flexibility required during seasonal events and peak periods.
- Work Location: In person.
- Transportation: A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required, as Hereward Farms is located in a rural area and public transit is not available.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to become an essential member of our team.

Think of this role as part Marketing Coordinator, part Operations Coordinator, part Executive Assistant—and 100% an essential member of our team.

This isn't a desk job.

It isn't retail.

It's both... and then some.

helping customers in our boutique, coordinating an event, supporting product development, or helping keep the entire business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Pack and ship online orders.
- Welcome and assist customers in the Lavender Lounge + Boutique.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
- Update products, photos, and content on our Wix website.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, email campaigns, promotions, and social media.
- Coordinate and support workshops, events, and trade shows.
- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Assist with product development and day-to-day operations.
- Help organize projects, calendars, inventory, and priorities.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team.

Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience in several of the following areas:
- Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
- Marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Retail and customer service.
- Wix website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Project coordination.
- Event support or event planning.
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Canva and social media platforms are considered assets.
