Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with robust bilingual communication skills in

French and English with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Migration experience The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to gather business requirements, assess the current ERP landscape, and facilitate a successful migration from existing ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis and project coordination activities for the D365 migration initiative.

- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

- Analyze the current ERP environment, including

JD Edwards (JDE)

and

Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX)

systems.

- Assess and document the integrations currently in use across both ERP platforms.

- Identify and document the current user base for both JDE and AX ERP systems.

- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings.

- Prepare business process documentation, gap analyses, and migration plans.





- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- Experience working as a

Business Analyst

,

Project Manager

, or Techno-Functional Consultant on ERP implementation or migration projects.

- Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

implementation or migration projects.

- Strong understanding of

JD Edwards (JDE)

and/or

Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX)

.

- Experience documenting ERP integrations and business processes.

- Ability to analyze ERP usage, business workflows, and user populations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong documentation and requirement gathering experience.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Fluent in

French and English

(spoken and written).

- Experience with enterprise ERP transformation or migration projects.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.

- Ability to work with business users, architects, and technical teams across multiple functions.
