Western Kia is seeking a motivated, energetic, and career-mindedServiceAppointment Coordinator to join our growing Corner Brook, Newfoundland dealership.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You'll coordinate service appointments, efficiently schedule repair work, communicate recommended maintenance and repairs, and help ensure every customer receives an outstanding service experience.

What You'll be Doing:

- Greet service customers and obtain customer and vehicle information
- Scheduling service appointments efficiently and in consultation with management
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and the value of recommended services using manufacturer maintenance schedules
- Clearly explain recommended and completed services so customers understand the work being performed
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in progress, returning customer calls promptly
- Process warranty claims accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
- Provide support on the Parts and Service counters when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
