We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Media Coordinator to join our revenue team. This isn’t a "behind-the-scenes" admin role—this is a front-row seat to the world of media sales. You will work directly with our top-producing Sales Advisors, learning the ropes of account management, client strategy, and high-level networking.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

- Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- Strategic Growth: Assist senior advisors in prospecting and sourcing fresh leads across Toronto’s vibrant business landscape.
- Marketing Support:



Coordinate initiatives that bridge the gap between our print magazines and our massive social media presence.
- Client Success: Maintain our internal database (FileMaker Pro) to keep the sales engine running smoothly.

Who You Are:

- A Natural Communicator: You possess an exceptional grasp of English (written and verbal). A BA in English or Communications is a major plus.
- High Energy: You walk into a room (or a Zoom call) and people notice. You are persistent, outgoing, and genuinely love helping businesses grow.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable on a Mac and can navigate databases efficiently.
- Ambitious: You are looking for a foot in the door of the media industry.
