I am looking for an assistant. I am looking for someone who can commit at least 6-12 months. Training can start right away. First day of work Sept 8 2026.

I am a family doctor working in chronic pain and addiction clinics.

The job will be to: 1) Work alongside me while I see patients. You will need to type the notes in the computer chart, and navigate the EMR system. 2) You will help with scheduling appointments. 3) You will be able to take histories from some patients.

Days of work

Mondays and Thursdays (8am-2pm) - Thornhill location (dufferin/hwy 7)

Tuesdays - Pain Clinic - Pickering - 1099 Kingston Road

Wednesday - Pain Clinic - Woodbine/Steeles - MARKHAM

Mandatory Skills

- Proficient in English
- Ability to type quickly
- Ability to use computers to navigate EMR system
- A vehicle is helpful but the locations are on bus line. If interested send CV.
