Day Shift : Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The individual is responsible to operate the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives, demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork. This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility.

Tasks: Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment

- Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule
- Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems
- Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people)
- Provide staff training
- Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.)




- Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards
- Identify issues and improve quality standards
- Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information
- Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment in order to keep the work environment clean and safe
- Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions
- Complete the various reports
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, work in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source.

Qualifications Minimum 1 yearof experience as a machine operator

- Mechanical skills
- Understand the operation of production equipment
- Work in a structured way (organization and planning)
- Be in good physical shape
- Leadership, sense of responsibility, proactive
- Ability to solve problems.
