Dusk Physiotherapy is currently seeking a reliable and personable Receptionist to join our team at our North Brampton location. This position is for Full time position. We are a busy interdisciplinary healthcare practice providing physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and medical services. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Qualifications: Outgoing, confident, and able to provide excellent patient service

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience with patient scheduling, billing, invoicing, and payment processing

Comfortable handling point-of-sale transactions (VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash)

Knowledge of insurance claims processing and direct billing





Knowledge of Janeapp EMR or any other EMR system

Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jane

Previous experience in a medical, rehabilitation, or clinical setting is considered an asset

Position Details: Hours: Monday-Thursday 10-7pm Friday 9-2pm

Compensation: $20–$22/hour
