Medi-Club Physio est une clinique de physiothérapie et de bien-être. Fondée en 1997, Medi-Club Physio offre une grande variété de services spécialisés : physiothérapie, ostéopathie, médecine sportive, massage thérapeutique, chirurgie orthopédique, nutrition, orthèse et yoga thérapeutique.

Notre mission est de devenir une partie intégrale de la communauté de l’Ouest de l’Île de Montréal en offrant des services de hautes qualités, tout en appliquant une approche personnalisée, pour aider nos patients à atteindre un niveau de santé et de bien-être optimal.

Notre distinction : nos thérapeutes détiennent un niveau élevé d’expertise et d’expérience en réadaptation. Notre équipe travaille avec une grande variété d’athlètes professionnels, de niveau national ou provincial, et amateurs.

Principales responsabilités:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels
- Prise de rendez-vous des médecins et physiothérapeutes à l'aide de notre système informatique (facile à utiliser)
- Organisation, préparation et classement des dossiers médicaux

Nous recherchons les qualités et les compétences suivantes:
- Expérience en tant que réceptionniste médicale serait un atout

- Organisé
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Qualités essentielles à un service à la clientèle d’excellence
- compétences informatiques de base (Word, Excel, internet)

Medical Receptionist

Part-time position: 8 to 20 hours per week

Medi-Club Physio – Kirkland, Quebec

Established in 1997, Medi-Club Physio offers a wide variety of specialized services: Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Medicine, Massage Therapy, Orthopedic Surgery, Nutrition, Orthotics and Yoga Therapy.

The mission of Medi-Club Physio is to become an integral part of the West Island community providing high-quality services by applying a personalized approach to help our patients achieved health and wellness.

Medi-Club Physio therapists have a high level of expertise and experience in the field of rehabilitation which is one of our trademarks. Our therapists work with national, provincial as well as recreational athletes. Our approach to therapy is very hands-on and involves high level manual techniques.

Main responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Scheduling appointments for doctors and physiotherapists using our easy-to-use scheduling software
- Organizing, preparing and filing medical charts

We are looking for someone who fits the following profile:

- Experience as a medical receptionist would be an asset

- Organized

- Ability to multitask

- Strong customer relationship skills
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, internet)
