Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Annex is looking for an energetic, outgoing and service-focused Studio Sales & Member Experience Advisor to join our team.
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness offers a unique combination of Yoga, Strength, HIIT and Pilates-inspired classes in our signature far-infrared heated studios. We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and can help create an exceptional experience from the moment someone first discovers our studio.
What You’ll Do
Welcome members and prospective members and create a warm, positive studio experience
Connect with new leads by phone, text and in person
Explain memberships, promotions, classes and the Oxygen experience
Follow up with prospective members and help them find the membership that best fits their needs
Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to member retention
Assist with front-desk operations, class bookings and member accounts
Maintain studio standard of cleanliness and aesthetic
Who We’re Looking For
You’re confident, personable and comfortable starting conversations. You’re organized,
dependable and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can follow a sales process while making the interaction feel natural and understand that great service and relationship-building come first.
Experience in sales, customer service or the fitness/wellness industry is an asset.
Training will be provided, including Mindbody, Oxygen’s sales and service processes, member communication, scripts, objection handling and studio operations.
Hours will range from early mornings to early evenings and one weekend (mostly days) if needed. There is an opportunity for this role to expand. As the business grows so will the team!
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and a great attitude and wants to be part of building an incredible fitness community in the Annex.
