Overview LA Fitness Burlington Appleby is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a performance-driven sales environment. As the first point of contact for prospective members, you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals while contributing to the club's overall membership growth.

In addition to a hourly wage, this position offers uncapped commission opportunities and unit bonus incentives, rewarding top performers who consistently exceed membership sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, community outreach, and club tours.
- Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership options.
- Present and close membership agreements while meeting or exceeding individual and club sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members to increase retention and referrals.
- Promote personal training programs, club amenities, and special membership promotions.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through phone calls, emails, and text messaging campaigns.
- Participate in local marketing events, corporate outreach, and community networking opportunities.




- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming club environment.
- Collaborate with management and team members to drive overall club performance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in fitness sales, membership sales, retail sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Bilingual English/Spanish/French is considered an asset.
- Social media marketing, and lead generation experience.
