Avalon Health Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join our founding team as we prepare to open a new integrated primary care and multidisciplinary clinic in Greater Victoria.

This is an opportunity to build a longitudinal patient panel in a collaborative environment where physicians work alongside Nurse Practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other allied health professionals, all under one roof.

• Provide comprehensive longitudinal primary care to an attached patient panel


• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan


• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team


• Refer seamlessly to in-house allied health and rehabilitation services


• Help shape the systems, workflows, and culture of a brand-new clinic

• Physician overhead ranging from 15% to 27.5%, depending on billings and level of clinical support


• Strong patient demand and excellent earning potential






• Full administrative support, including MOAs, billing, scheduling, and panel coordination


• Modern EMR and integrated clinical infrastructure


• Flexible scheduling options

• MD with registration (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

Founded by Dr. Dennis Y. Kim and Alexis de Rosenroll, Avalon Health Clinic is creating a up-to-date, integrated model of healthcare where physicians and allied health professionals work together to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

The clinic will also include dedicated programs in brain injury and concussion recovery, surgical pre- and post-operative care, and Vancouver Islands first outpatient post-ICU recovery program.
