Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range)

Travel Required: Yes

: Supporting families through a community-based mentoring program.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- Two years experience in program administration, coordinating volunteer services,
- and/or programs and assessments with an at-risk population

Education

- Allied Health diploma

Competencies

- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities

- Knowledge of youth and/or family service issues
- Knowledge of various cultures and traditions
- Ability to work independently
