This fully in-office role involves leading the accounts payable function and managing operational compliance. In this leadership role, you will oversee a skilled accounts payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to uphold compliance with policies and preparing analytical reports. A sound knowledge of accounts payable processes and strong Excel skills are crucial for your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Directly manage and support accounts payable staff
- Ensure the accurate processing of invoices and payments




- Cultivate relationships with vendors and resolve any issues
- Prepare and analyze reports regarding accounts payable
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policies Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable expertise
- 2+ years in a supervisory capacity required
- Knowledge of Excel, Yardi, or similar systems is preferred
- Must have experience with wire payments and online banking
