- Provide leadership and support for casework teams

- Assist staff with case management and court processes
- Monitor financial expenditures and budget compliance
- Represent the agency at community engagement events Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field
- 3 years of child intervention experience, 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to obtain delegation in Alberta
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
