Join Elk Valley Resources as a Geologist to contribute to exploration drilling projects in British Columbia's stunning Elk Valley. This on-site position emphasizes technical expertise in geoscience and teamwork.

The role is designed for dedicated professionals who are ready to engage in a 3-5 month term at one of EVR's mine operations or projects. With a B.Sc. in Geology, you will leverage your minimum three years of geoscience experience and specific knowledge of drilling methods. This position is pivotal in ensuring protected and efficient delivery of exploration and drill programs while promoting effective health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Participate in health and safety program adherence • Assist mine geologists in drill program planning • Provide project coordination and field supervision • Manage contractor activities on-site • Collect and store geological data in databases

Requirements: • B.Sc. in Geology or related field • Minimum 3 years of geoscience experience • H2S Alive, BC Mine Supervisor, and First Aid certifications • Experience in core logging and geologic mapping • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
