Provectus Physiotherapy and Health Services
Greater Vancouver A
We provide the car
Most mobile physiotherapy roles quietly transfer the cost of the job onto you: fuel, insurance, depreciation, and the business use premium your insurer charges once you declare it.
We do not. Provectus provides a company vehicle for authorized patient visits and covers its maintenance. Your own car stays in your own driveway.
What you earn
$95 to $110 per completed visit, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and caseload.
That figure covers the visit, travel time, clinical documentation, and routine case follow up. There is no separate unpaid administrative time hiding behind it.
Paid biweekly. An established cancellation and no show policy protects your time when a patient does not.
What you do not do
No scheduling. No billing. No patient coordination. No chasing referrals.
Our administrative team handles all of it. You assess, treat, document, and communicate clinically. That is the job.
The work
You will assess and treat patients in their homes across Metro Vancouver, working with musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, mobility related, and post operative caseloads. You work independently in the field while staying connected to our clinical and administrative team.
Day to day this means:
- Comprehensive subjective and objective assessments
- Independent clinical judgment in developing evidence informed treatment matched to each patient's presentation, goals, and preferences
- Individualized rehabilitation plans with measurable goals, monitored and modified as indicated
- Patient, family, and caregiver education on self management, safety, and injury prevention
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Clinical communication with families, referral sources, and other health professionals
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and case consultation
- Telehealth and remote follow up where clinically appropriate
Who fits here We care as much about fit as about years of experience. The right person is dependable, organized, and punctual, communicates proactively, works comfortably and safely alone in patients' homes, takes ownership of documentation and continuity of care, and brings genuine respect to older adults and to patients with complex needs.
Qualifications
- Registered, or eligible for registration, with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
- Valid BC driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Professional liability insurance and credentials for independent practice
- Comfort with electronic records, telehealth platforms, and digital documentation
Experience in community care, home based rehabilitation, geriatrics, neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, post operative care, or musculoskeletal practice is an asset. New graduates with strong clinical reasoning are welcome to apply; mentorship and case consultation are available.
Structure
This is an independent contractor position. You invoice for completed visits, carry your own professional liability insurance, and are responsible for your own taxes, CPP contributions, and time off. We name this plainly so you can compare it accurately against employed roles.
Scheduling, caseload expectations, vehicle arrangements, and cancellation policy are discussed openly at interview.
To apply
Send your CV and a short note about the caseload you want to

We reply to every applicant within two business days. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a twenty minute call.
