We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Repair Technician to join our growing team at Saskatoon Location. If you enjoy technology, troubleshooting devices, and helping customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices

Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, and other hardware repairs

Troubleshoot software and device-related issues

Provide excellent customer service and explain repair options clearly

Assist customers with device sales, accessories, activations, and other store services

Maintain accurate repair records and follow company procedures

Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional

Meet individual and store sales/service targets

Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

Previous mobile phone/electronics repair experience is preferred

Technical knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other smartphones is an asset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Sales experience is an asset

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn

Ability to work adaptable shifts,



including weekends
