We are seeking energetic and dependable Mover/Packer team members to join our dynamic moving and logistics crew. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that items are carefully packed, efficiently loaded, and safely transported to their destinations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in moving, packing, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced team setting.

Duties

- Safely lift, carry, and pack household or commercial items with precision and care to prevent damage during transit
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and dollies to load and unload trucks efficiently
- Prepare items for transport by wrapping, boxing, and securing them properly for protected delivery
- Assist with moving furniture and heavy objects in residential or commercial settings while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate moving schedules and address special handling requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including packing stations and storage spaces




- Support warehouse activities by inventorying items, labeling packages, and ensuring accurate documentation

Requirements

- Prior experience in moving, packing, or warehouse environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while following proper ergonomic practices
- Valid drivers license G2- G would be an asset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact professionally with customers
- Knowledge of forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Excellent physical stamina, reliability, and a proactive attitude towards safety procedures
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous as it enhances client interactions during moves
