Multiple Exploration Positions – Juby Gold Project, Ontario

McFarlane Lake Mining is seeking qualified candidates to support its exploration program at the Juby Gold Project near Gowganda, Ontario. Available positions include:

- Core Logging Geologists (2)
- Exploration Geologist (1)
- Geological Technicians (2)

Core Logging Geologists will complete detailed geological and geotechnical logging, identify and mark sampling intervals, maintain accurate digital records, monitor core recovery and quality, and assist with geological interpretation and drill-program execution. The Exploration Geologist will help coordinate drilling activities, prepare drill plans and sections, oversee core-logging and sampling workflows, manage geological data, support target generation, and work closely with contractors and site management.

Geological Technicians will complete core handling, orientation, measuring, photographing, cutting, sampling, labelling, shipping, and general core-facility organization.



Technicians may also assist with field activities, equipment management, and data entry.

Candidates must be safety-focused, organized, dependable, and comfortable working at a remote exploration site. Previous experience in gold exploration, diamond-drill programs, core logging, or core processing is preferred. Geologist positions require an appropriate geoscience degree or diploma; eligibility for qualified registration in Ontario is considered an asset. A valid driver’s licence and background check are required.

Work will generally follow a rotational schedule of approximately 10–11 days on and 10–11 days off, although a 14/14 rotation may be considered. Accommodation is provided.
