Qualifications

- Coating inspection and quality control skills. NACE Level 3 certification and strong knowledge of industrial coating systems, surface preparation standards, and failure analysis.

- Experience with industrial painting operations, such as abrasive blasting, metal roof coatings, secondary containment linings, and application on tanks, silos, equipment, and structural steel.

- Safety and compliance capabilities, including familiarity with WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Aerial Platform operation, and relevant environmental and occupational health regulations.

- Technical documentation and communication skills, including preparing clear inspection reports, interpreting specifications and drawings, and collaborating effectively with site teams and clients.





- Background in industrial or commercial construction environments, with the ability to work in office, adapt to varying field conditions, and maintain high attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience diagnosing coating issues, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement of coating practices.

- Asset qualifications may include additional certifications in corrosion, QA/QC, or safety, as well as experience with HACCP-related coatings, industrial cleaning, and power washing.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
