Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified,

- Promote retail sales by educating clients on nail care products and other beauty essentials available in-store

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon workplace
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and sanitation protocols
- Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) with proper hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians and body waxing practitioners (if applicable)
