In this role, you'll work in a remote camp setting, ensuring high-quality breakfast service with strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in breakfast cooking or baking, with at least 70% scratch baking. Time management and food preparation knowledge are vital as you support the morning rush and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breakfast items like eggs, pancakes, and meats
• Stock and set up cooking stations before service
• Monitor food inventory and report supply needs
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Assist with food receiving and rotation
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience as a breakfast cook or baker
• High production baking knowledge with scratch baking
• Food Safe Certification preferred
• Robust communication skills in English
