On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Private Capital Markets to lead and grow the firm’s East Asia investor practice, reporting to the Executive Director. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of strategy, relationships, and team performance for one of the firm’s most strategically important investor segments. The incumbent will represent the firm at the most senior level with high‑net‑worth clients across the broader East Asian community in Canada, while leading and coaching a high‑performing internal team.
The successful candidate will be a sophisticated, bilingual (Mandarin and English) sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling profitable client portfolios within investor communities. They will bring deep knowledge of investment products, exceptional executive presence, and the cultural fluency needed to engage thoughtfully with high‑net‑worth investors. They will be a coach, a strategist, and an operator — comfortable setting direction, leading new ideas and initiatives, and elevating the standard of work across their team.
The compensation package is a base salary in the range of $150,000–$200,000 with a discretionary bonus of up to 100% of base, along with full health benefits and four weeks of vacation. The role is based in Toronto and operates fully in‑office.
