Arro Wellness is looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to build a long-term practice within our multidisciplinary clinic.

We are looking for an ND who takes a practical, evidence-informed approach to care and wants to develop a strong patient base as part of an established healthcare team.

- Evidence-informed and thoughtful in your clinical recommendations.
- Comfortable working alongside other regulated healthcare professionals.
- Focused on practical treatment plans that patients can understand and follow.
- Interested in building a consistent and sustainable caseload.
- Reliable with documentation, follow-up, and communication.
- Interested in becoming an active part of the Arro Wellness team.

Areas of practice may include:
- Nutrition.
- Digestive health.
- Women’s health.
- Menopause.
- Metabolic health.
- Sleep.
- Stress and fatigue.
- Healthy aging.
- General health and lifestyle management.

A defined clinical focus or specialty is an asset.

Our Clinical Approach

We want an ND whose approach fits the rest of our clinic.

That means

- Testing should have a transparent clinical reason.




- Supplements should have a clear purpose.
- Recommendations should be supported by reasonable evidence.
- Patients should understand the expected benefit, cost, and alternatives.
- Medical referral should occur when appropriate.

Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to commit to at least one consistent clinic day per week.
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.
