We are currently looking for a NCESI Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

Reporting to the NCESI Senior Planner, this role supports Nissan and Infiniti dealership and field staff by addressing inquiries and requests related to NCESI products and lead the claim audit program with NCESI operations team and support NCESI sales and business team for sales pen reporting.

A Day in the Life:

POSITION FUNCTIONS The following position function statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed. The position function statements reflect expectations of the fully trained, proficient incumbent who meets all performance criteria.

- Provide dealer, field staff, and internal customer support for Infiniti and Nissan extended services products. Resolve inquiries on claims, policies, incentive programs, procedures, billing, and payments via email, DRS, and written communications. (30%)
- Handle exception requests, transfers, cancellations, and contract suspensions. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on NCESI product policies and procedures. (20%)
- Support NCESI operations team in claim audit framework development, claims ARC program framework development, Audit & ARC program launch and dealer roll out and tracking. (25%)
- Support Sales & Business Development Team in Sales pen agile reporting for NCESI management, review Focus dealer and region breakdown reporting & performance, support in PowerBI transition and Field reporting & dealer reporting for better visibility (25%)

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

The following qualification factors reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Knowledge: Bilingual French and English both written and verbal is preferred. Accounting and/or Automotive Marketing background considered an asset. Prefer solid automotive technical knowledge combined with minimum of 2 years Nissan dealership experience including administrative, sales, service and warranty or equivalent. Customer centric and able to work collaboratively with dealers, field staff and interdepartmental stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position also requires solid interpersonal skills to facilitate coaching of dealers and field staff through the sales and claims process. Effective listening, diplomacy,



negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential to fostering strong working relationships with dealers and field staff and driving support of NCESI products.

Self-motivated with good planning skills. Works well in a team environment and with minimal supervision.

Complexity and Problem Solving: Strong analytical skill and ability to problem solve ambiguous situations related to NCESI products including discrepancies in sales, billing, coverage eligibility requirements, claims processing, etc. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Decision Making/Impact of the Position: Sound decision-making skills are required as any decision or request for clarification surrounding an ambiguous situation as it pertains to NCESI policies is handled by the incumbent. Errors made by the incumbent may result in a financial loss to the organization including time and effort required to correct the error.

Responsibility for the Work of Others: Although this position has no formal management responsibilities, the incumbent is expected to provide on-the-job training for current staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position has continuous exposure to glare and occasional multiple/conflicting deadlines and infrequent monotonous/repetitive tasks. Occasional long work hours and will work on rotating shifts in order to accommodate business hours for Western Canada.

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range

$59,550.00 - $73,162.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions.

Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles.

Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
