As a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst, you'll analyze real-world enterprise security scenarios — firewall events, EDR alerts, email threats, and infrastructure misconfigurations — and use your hands-on experience to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. Your expertise directly shapes how AI understands, reasons about, and responds to cybersecurity threats.

This is a remote, flexible contract role ideal for experienced security professionals looking to contribute to frontier AI while working on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

- Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environments
- Review firewall, EDR, SIEM, and infrastructure security cases to determine what went wrong and why
- Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data
- Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
- Clearly articulate root causes, attacker techniques, and business impact in structured formats




- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
- Familiar with enterprise security tooling: firewalls, EDR platforms, email security gateways, IAM, and SIEMs
- Strong understanding of how real organizations deploy, operate, and fail at security controls
- Able to communicate complex security issues clearly — not just identify them, but explain them
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to analysis
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without close supervision

Nice to Have

- Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or security operations
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST, or CIS Controls
- Background in red team, blue team, or purple team activities
- Prior experience contributing to AI, data labeling, or security research projects
