Our challeng e The Network & Infrastructure Integrator supports the design, implementation, testing, and stabilization of network and infrastructure connectivity for in-scope applications. This role coordinates vendor connectivity, routing, firewall, cloud, infrastructure, and operational support activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm network integration scope for in-scope applications.
- Identify vendor-hosted connectivity and infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate infrastructure design inputs with Morgan Stanley stakeholders.
- Initiate, track, and manage network and infrastructure support tickets.
- Coordinate routing, firewall, connectivity, and related infrastructure changes.
- Track dependencies, blockers, and operational requests.
- Test and validate network and cloud connections.
- Confirm connectivity readiness for production or migration.
- Close or transition infrastructure tickets and document turnover requirements.
- Validate that required connections are enabled and legacy services are disabled.
- Support stabilization of application connectivity after implementation.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network integration, infrastructure engineering, network operations, or connectivity delivery.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and load balancing.
- Experience coordinating vendor connectivity and enterprise application infrastructure requirements.
- Experience managing network, firewall, routing, cloud, and infrastructure change requests.
- Ability to interpret network diagrams, infrastructure designs, connectivity requirements, and technical specifications.
- Experience coordinating testing and validation of network and cloud connections.
- Experience tracking tickets, dependencies, blockers, implementation activities, and operational handoffs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work with internal infrastructure teams, vendors, application owners, and business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Cisco, firewall, proxy, DNS, and network-monitoring technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL, change management, and operational transition practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, cloud networking, or equivalent.
- Experience in financial services or other highly controlled environments.
