You will support the maintenance and operation of WAN and LAN resources while addressing user requests and managing incidents per ITIL practices. Working collaboratively with teams as well as external vendors, you will ensure the network infrastructure meets our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Support 1st level issues for SLF network infrastructure
- Triage and analyze user requests effectively
- Manage changes to devices using ITIL models
- Collaborate with Operations Command Centre on incidents
- Ensure accurate documentation with 2nd and 3rd level teams Requirements:
- Experience with network device support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and protocols
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies
- Degree or diploma in related field
