About the Role

JAPR Inc. is staffing a Network Operations Engineer for one of our MSP partner clients — a fast-growing managed services provider delivering enterprise network infrastructure to customers across multiple industries. In this role, you'll join a proactive operations team responsible for keeping customer networks healthy, available, and performing at their best.

This is a remote role open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. You will work alongside senior engineers and coordinate with in office field technicians to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues before they impact customers.
