Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face and reliable support for our guests during overnight hours. This energetic role combines guest service excellence with administrative precision, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor. As the first point of contact during your shift, you’ll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and maintain the security and integrity of the front desk operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservation records
- Maintain security by controlling access to the property,



and performing safety checks throughout your shift
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly with a positive attitude, escalating as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Support front desk operations by updating records, preparing reports, and managing administrative tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic and engaging demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is advantageous
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
