Canadian Tire Bank, Oakville, Ontario, seeks an AVP to lead Enterprise Risk Management and develop the Bank’s Financial Risk Management capabilities. Reporting to the CRO, this builder role shapes strategy, governance, and oversight across credit, capital, liquidity and model risk. You will drive risk governance, stress testing, risk appetite frameworks and independent challenge for material initiatives, aligning with OSFI expectations and the Bank’s risk appetite.
