They provide direct client care activities including assessment,

planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and indirect nursing care and services are provided in the following areas: pediatrics, medicine, critical care, palliation, surgery, post anesthesia care, obstetrics, operating room,

emergency, outpatient, and Central Processing and Distribution, gerintology (LTC

Nursing).
