Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Problem solving skills Knowledge and Abilities Demonstrates self-direction, decision making & attention to detail Adhering to professional code of ethics, practice standards.
