Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical workflows, EHR documentation, and nursing informatics for accuracy and real-world applicability
Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback that improves how AI models understand and represent healthcare processes
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated clinical scenarios and suggest improvements
Assess the quality of AI responses related to health information systems, patient data management, and care documentation
Provide detailed, structured annotations and evaluations using clear guidelines
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN)
or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in healthcare settings
Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Experience with clinical informatics, health IT, or documentation workflow improvement
Solid analytical skills — able to spot inconsistencies and communicate feedback clearly
Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote, self-directed environment
No prior AI experience required — your clinical expertise is what matters Nice to Have Background in nursing informatics, clinical data analysis, or health information management
Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or clinical decision support systems
