Current Shifts : Primarily Days (Mon-Fri), 2 days/week - 8hrs (The primary role of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) is to provide high quality, safe, effective and evidence-based care in partnership with patients and families, in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Nurse Practitioner Practice Standards and GGH’s mission, vision, values and policies. The NP uses advanced nursing knowledge clinical practice expertise and provides leadership to promote optimal patient health, program development, process improvements and the enhancement of qualified standards. Providing high quality, evidenced based, patient and family-centred care.
Hospitalist Support
Supports hospitalist services by conducting comprehensive assessments, managing defined aspects of patient care, and facilitating timely admissions and discharges.
