This on-site position offers a four-month term starting September 12th, 2026. As a Co-op, you will help resolve IT challenges, including laptop setups and AV installations. Key Responsibilities: • Deploy laptops and hardware for current users • Configure and wipe MacBook leases • Maintain and install office desk hardware • Update management systems with offboarded hardware • Document procedures in the ticketing system

Requirements: • Experience troubleshooting Mac and Windows OS • Knowledge of meeting room hardware and AV gear • Ability to explain technical issues to users • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems • Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
