About the BMO Centre London The BMO Centre London is a busy indoor sports facility offering soccer leagues, youth programs, field rentals, tournaments, events, and community programming throughout the year.

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the facility and will work directly with players, parents, coaches, team managers, rental customers, staff, and the general public.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage registrations for youth and adult soccer leagues, training programs, camps, and other facility programs
- Assist customers with registration questions, account issues, schedules, program information, and general inquiries
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Provide front-office customer service to players, parents, coaches, team managers, rental groups, and visitors
- Enter and maintain accurate registration and customer information
- Assist with team rosters, league information, program lists, schedules, and administrative records
- Prepare letters, notices, forms, spreadsheets, reports, and other office documents
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with field rental and facility booking inquiries
- Process payments and assist with customer account information as required
- Communicate important league and program information to customers
- Assist management with general administrative duties and special projects




- Work closely with other BMO Centre staff to ensure programs and leagues operate smoothly
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of office administration or related administrative experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone and email communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning registration, scheduling, and facility-management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain professionalism when dealing with difficult or sensitive customer situations

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a sports facility, recreation centre, soccer organization, league, or similar environment
- Experience working with online registration or scheduling software
- Experience processing registrations, payments, bookings, or customer accounts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are considered an asset

The successful candidate will be someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized during busy registration periods, and provide a positive experience for our customers.

This position requires someone who is comfortable switching between phone calls, emails, registrations, spreadsheets, customer questions, and administrative tasks throughout the day.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Some evening and/or weekend availability may be required depending on league schedules, registration periods, tournaments, and special events.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
