Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents and compliance with record retention policies
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars
- Assist with customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing support, and ensuring positive interactions with clients and staff
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office supplies to keep daily operations running seamlessly
- Handle clerical responsibilities including filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing incoming/outgoing mail

Requirements





- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data management
- Excellent computer skills including typing, data entry, proofreading, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role within a medical or dental office is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as patient scheduling or insurance processing is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
