We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong ability to connect with students on an individual level.

Responsibilities:

- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and learning goals
- Provide instruction using a variety of teaching methods and resources
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Ontario curriculum is an asset
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Patient, supportive, and encouraging attitude towards students
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
