Join RTX as a Process Technician specializing in electroless nickel plating for aircraft components, located in Oakville, Ontario. This position features weekend night shifts supporting advanced aerospace solutions. As a key team member reporting to the Plating & Processing Supervisor, you’ll be involved in the electroless nickel plating process and contribute to various operational areas.

Your expertise in process chemistry and hands-on capabilities will help enhance our product quality standards while maintaining safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform electroless nickel plating on aircraft components
- Prepare parts through fixturing, masking, and lacquering
- Load and unload plating tanks efficiently
- Assist with maintenance of tanks and tooling
- Communicate priorities and process concerns between shifts Requirements:
- High school diploma with 1-3 years in process chemistry
- Experience with measuring tools like calipers and gauges
- Eligible to work in Canada under ITAR and CCGP
- Ability to read blueprints and operate hand tools
