If you are an achiever who is relentless in ensuring that we achieve business results and create a great company culture while doing it, then we’re looking for you!ScopeThe Distribution Center Forklift Driver is primarily responsible for operating a forklift or other powered industrial trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials in a distribution center. This role ensures the safe and efficient handling of inventory, contributing to smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipmentMove inventory and materials within the warehouse, load and unload trucks as neededRetrieve and transport products to designated storage areas or shipping zones based on operational needsPick product from correct locations to fulfill customer ordersPick multiple orders at one time,



confirm UPC# and quantity of product for accuracyAccurately and efficiently load outbound shipmentsUse RF Gun scanning equipment, and Barcode scannersHelp with QC order with limited timeMaintain clean and orderly staging, storage, and dock areas to ensure efficient workflowWork closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and shipping/receiving teams to meet operational goalsAdhere to all safety regulations, conduct pre-operation equipment checks, and report any malfunctions or safety hazardsSkills & QualificationsForklift certification/license required including Reach, Counterbalance or PalletPrevious experience in a warehouse or distribution centerAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environmentMust be comfortable working in varying warehouse conditionsCapable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a teamMust be available to work extra hours and occasional weekends in peak season (typically October to December)The successful candidate will receive a conditional offer, contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted by our contracted third‑party vendor.
