หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the Music Licensing Sales team
- Handle expense reimbursement documentation for the Sales team
- Manage music licensing sales and purchase agreement documentation between the company and clients
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Sales, Accounting, and Finance
- Manage requests for office supplies and equipment, as well as monitor and conduct inventory checks




- Support the preparation of documents and other related operational tasks

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in accounting will be considered an advantage
- Experience in coordinating or managing workflows involving multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Solid communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle and resolve unexpected issues effectively
