Triple K Transport Ltd (TKTL) is a private, well-established trucking company located in Stittsville, Ontario, providing safe and reliable transportation solutions for industrial product and energy suppliers. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our experienced, dedicated, and fun-loving operations team.

The Opportunity

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play an important leadership role in the day-to-day movement of our customers' products. You will be responsible for assessing current operations, anticipating future requirements, and making sound decisions about the best use of available transportation resources.

No two days are the same. This position requires someone who can look at the big picture while managing the details, identify potential issues before they become problems, and confidently adjust plans as priorities change.

You will have the autonomy to make meaningful operational decisions and the opportunity to build on your skills within an essential-service industry.

This opportunity is being offered as a full-time position or as a full-time seasonal position covering the period October to March.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of customer industrial and energy products.
- Plan and coordinate the use of company transportation resources, including equipment and drivers.




- Monitor daily operations and proactively address scheduling, logistical, and operational challenges.
- Balance immediate operational requirements with upcoming and future transportation needs.
- Analyze changing priorities and make timely decisions regarding the best allocation of resources.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, management, and other members of the operations team.
- Anticipate potential service issues and develop practical solutions.
- Maintain accurate and timely operational information and documentation.
- Support a solid culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

- Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or a related industry is an asset.
- French language skills, both written and verbal, are an asset.
